Glacier Flow

Yoga and Ski Grand Tour

A Wild Wellness Adventure!
4 Days in the St. Elias Mountains

June 2026’s solstice offers northern outdoor enthusiasts extended daylight, peaking around June 21 with the longest day of the year. Near the Arctic Circle, the "midnight sun" provides up to 24 hours of light, ideal for exploring. Trips should account for sleep challenges due to continuous light; dark tents and eye masks help.

Have you ever dreamt of traveling overland a glacier, whilst viewing Canada’s largest mountain? Here is your chance to join a 4-day and 3-night adventure learning how to safely travel on glacial environments, gaining insights into the hydrology and geography of the landscape.

Our journey begins with a scenic flight by a small bush plane to a high elevation, where you will be dropped off at Glacier Camp. Each morning, we start by waking up and clearing our minds with a meditation session, followed by a nourishing breakfast and a gentle morning stretch to prepare our muscles for the day ahead.

Throughout the adventure, you will participate in a traditional cocoa ceremony, a perfect moment for reflection. There will be ample opportunity for journaling and soaking in the breathtaking scenery surrounding us. This immersive experience combines physical activity, education, and mindful practices to deepen your connection with the glacier environment and its majestic backdrop.

This beginner-friendly trip offers an accessible way for anyone to experience the wild Yukon in a safe and welcoming environment. Participants will be guided by certified Yoga and Mountain experts who handle all your needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable adventure. Each day includes interpretive discussions covering topics such as exploration and mountaineering, the science behind glaciated environments, and essential safe travel skills. To complement the physical and educational aspects, daily yoga sessions, meditation, and journaling provide a perfect way to reflect and unwind, rounding out each day with balance and mindfulness.
